Terms & Conditions:
- Please make payment as soon as possible to secure your booking. Booking is based on a first come first served basis. We will release your slot without prior notice if no payment is received within 24 hours.
- Please send us proof of payment once payment is done to confirm your booking.
- Any cancellations must be made at least 3 days (72 hours) before. Cancellations less than 3 days will not be accepted and considered as a “no show” and full payment will be forfeited. No reminders will be given prior to your session.
- Rescheduling must be made at least 3 days (72 hours) before your session. Rescheduling made less than 3 days (72 hours) will have a rescheduling fee of RM 100 per pax. Rescheduling is subject to our slots availability.
- Any refunds will have a processing fee of RM 5 per transaction.
- Your session will start ON TIME. Please do not be late or you may be refused entry and your booking forfeited. This is to ensure the smooth running of our session and experience for other guests.
- Please inform us if you are bringing children below 12 so we can advise on the suitability of the seats and menu.
For dietary restrictions or allergies:
As each and every dish is highly unique and intricate, our chefs put in major effort and creativity to curate them for a unique experience. Therefore we apologise that we may be unable to cater to your dietary restrictions at the last minute. Please check with us if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies on the suitability of our menu. Kindly note that if you or your guests are unable to consume any dish on the day due to a restriction, we apologise that we will not be able to replace your dish with another item on the day. We seek your kind understanding, thank you!
